What an empowering day spent with a courageous group of women during our trauma workshop, THE JOURNEY.
Together, we explored the deep impact trauma has on the body, mind, and spirit — and most importantly, how healing is possible.

Fathers and sons came together for an unforgettable Raising Fathers event—a day filled with meaningful connection, inspiring conversations, and fun activities.
The event, beautifully organised by Estrolita Pietersen, created a safe space for fathers and sons to bond and laugh together.
